
Rangers Partner With Aud To Enhance Fan Experience

The Kitchener Rangers and The Aud continue their partnership with the upgrade of the centre ice video boards.
The original boards which were installed in 2002 were 12.5 mm and consisted of approximately 30,000 LED pixels per board. The new board will offer 8 mm technology and have an excess 90,000 LED pixels per board.
The new system will provide two and a half times better clarity for the fans in addition to increasing the viewing area by 13%.
The original centre ice boards have been re-configured and moved to the South end of The Aud. They will replace the fascia video board that was previously located there.
The new system is again Canadian designed and manufactured by Tribar Industries Inc.
The boards are expected to be fully operational as of Friday, February 6thwhen your Kitchener Rangers face-off against the Guelph Storm. Game time is 7:30 pm.
