Grand Rapids Rampage News Release

Grand Rapids, MI - The ArenaBowl XV Champion Grand Rapids Rampage announced today that offensive specialist Terrill Shaw will miss at least the next two weeks due to an ankle injury suffered in last week's win over the Buffalo Destroyers.

X-rays on the former ArenaBowl MVP's right ankle were negative, but the sprain was severe enough to keep him out until the Rampage return home to face the Los Angeles Avengers on June 15.

Through six games this season, Shaw (6-0, 175, Southern Mississippi) has caught 28 passes for 370 yards and eight touchdowns. He also has played sparingly on defense, registering two tackles and recovering a fumble for a touchdown.

Minus Shaw, the Rampage (4-2) hit the road to take on the Arizona Rattlers (5-1) this Friday night. Kickoff at America West Arena in Phoenix, Arizona is at 10:00 p.m. (EST). The game can be heard live in Grand Rapids on WBBL 1340 AM.
