Richmond Raiders News Release

Richmond Raiders kicker T.C. Stevens was named this week's Professional Indoor Football League Special Teams Player of the Week following the team's 61-45 win over the Louisiana Swashbucklers.

Stevens was perfect on all eight of his extra point attempts and made his only field goal try, a 29-yarder as the first half ended. He also had two unos, bringing his season total to a league high 14. Stevens leads all kickers with 104 points this year. This is the third time he has been named player of the week, which is the most of any special teams player and is tied for the most of any player at any position. Teammate RoShawn Marshall has three defensive awards, and Lehigh Valley's Adam Bednarik earned this week's offensive honor to give him three for the year as well.

The Raiders finished the regular season with 10 total player of the week awards. No other team has more than eight.
