Raging Tide Win Fifth Straight at Home

OLD ORCHARD BEACH - The Raging Tide defeated the Brockton Rox 4-3 at The Ballpark as Oliver Van Zant (Westport, CT/ Bowdoin College) picked up his first win of the season in six innings of work. Van Zant had niine strikeouts and gave up just five hits.

Jason Vosler (West Nyack, NY/ Northeastern University) had an RBI-double in the first inning while Saige Jenco (State College, PA/ Virginia Tech) added a pair of hits and an RBI to lead the Raging Tide's offensive efforts.

Henry Van Zant (Westport, CT/ Bowdoin College) picked-up his seventh save this year, despite giving up just his second earned run of the season.

The Raging Tide have won five straight home games and return to action on July 17 at The Ball Park against the Martha's Vineyard Sharks beginning at 6 p.m.
