Rage sign with KFNS for football broadcasts in '08

St. Charles, MO - The RiverCity Rage have announced their new partnership with Sports Talk 590 The Fan - KFNS, whose signal is simulcast live on 100.7 FM. The station will be the new flagship for all Rage games in 2008. Every game, home and away, including all playoff games, will be heard live on 100.7 FM this season, beginning with the club's preseason game against the Missouri Wildcats on Sunday, March 2nd.
In addition to signing with KFNS, the Rage have also hired Jeff Vernetti to handle the play-by-play for next season. Jeff is no stranger to the St. Louis radio scene. He currently serves as co-host on a daily talk show "The Sports Edge" along side Jeff Gordon of the St. Louis Post Dispatch on "The Fan" KFNS (AM 590, 100.7 FM). In addition to his duties on "The Sports Edge," Vernetti serves as co-host on the station's Rams coverage and will be a part of the coverage of Super Bowl XLII in Phoenix.

In addition to 100.7 KFNS, Rage games can also be heard on KJFF 1400 AM and online at ragefootball.com.

The RiverCity Rage Professional Indoor Football team is a member of the United Indoor Football League. All Rage home games are played at The Family Arena in St. Charles, MO.
