Rafael Soriano to Pitch for T-Yanks on Tuesday

Tampa, Fla. -New York Yankees' relief pitcher, Rafael Soriano, is scheduled to make his first minor league rehab appearance with the Tampa Yankees on Tuesday, July 19. Soriano has been on the Disabled List since May 17 with an inflamed right elbow.
Soriano signed with the Yankees as a free agent in January. His Major League totals, with four different teams, are 11 Wins, 88 Saves, and a 2.73 ERA in 342 games.
The Tampa Yankees are currently in the middle of a four game series with the Jupiter Hammerheads, the Single-A affiliate of the Florida Marlins. Tuesday's game, versus the Hammerheads, at George M. Steinbrenner Field, will be at 7:00PM and the gates will open at 6:00PM.
