DUNEDIN, FL (July 18th, 2011) -- Fort Myers held a 2-0 lead through four innings, but the Blue Jays scored nine unanswered runs in the final five frames to drop the Miracle 9-2. With the win, Dunedin is now 5-1 against the Miracle this season.

Miracle starter Pat Dean held off the Jays until the fifth when they scored three runs on three singles and a costly error by the Miracle. With the bases loaded and one out, Sean Ochinko hit a tapper to third-baseman Nick Romero, whose throw home went wild to score a pair. Brian Van Kirk then brought the go-ahead run home in with an RBI single. Dean (2-2) took the loss, as the Miracle offense went quiet the rest of the night.

Dunedin starter Drew Hutchinson (3-1) gave up two runs early to the Miracle, but settled in to give up just five hits in six innings, while striking out eight and walking none for the win.

Fort Myers took a 1-0 lead in the first as Aaron Hicks clubbed his first of two doubles with two down in the inning, and Oswaldo Arcia followed with an RBI single. Hicks now leads the team with 24 doubles on the year.

Anderson Hidalgo put the Miracle ahead by two runs with a third inning solo home run, his fourth of the year.

Leading 3-2 after the fifth, Dunedin added at least one run in each of their final three innings. Jon Talley led off the sixth with a solo home run to dead center-field off of Brad Stillings, and Kevin Ahrens crushed a three-run shot off the right-hander in the seventh. The Blue Jays added their final two runs of the game in the eighth against lefty Edgar Ibarra.

Fort Myers (46-48, 12-12) and Dunedin (51-43, 12-12) continue with the third game of a four-game series on Tuesday night at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium. First pitch is set for 7:00 p.m. with RHP Tom Stuifbergen getting the start for the Miracle.
