Stockton Ports News Release
(Stockton, CA)-Hearing-impaired fans won't have to miss any calls at Stockton Ports home baseball games. The Ports now have twenty assisted listening devices available for hearing-impaired fans.
Mike McCarroll, Ports General Manager, explained that the devices permit hear-impaired fans to hear the in-stadium public address system. "They tune in on a signal right out of the press box," he said.
McCarroll said, "Using them is easy. Upon arriving at the game, a hearing-impaired fan would simply visit the See's Candies Service Center, show his or her driver's license, put in the earplugs, and go enjoy the game."
