FirstEnergy Stadium â Ashley Forlini has been promoted by the Reading Phillies to Director of Group Sales and Fan Development. In addition to directing the group sales operation, Ms. Forlini's new position will include some of her former responsibilities as Director of Fan Development. She was promoted to fill the void created by the departure of Bree Hagan, who accepted a similar position with the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
"Bree was a tremendous asset to our organization for the past five years and we will miss her," said General Manager Chuck Domino. "I have no doubts that she will be just as valuable to the Naval Academy in her new position."
Forlini, 24, has been with the R-Phils for 4 years and was in charge of Fan Development for the past year. She also worked as a specialist in the Group Sales office and served as an intern prior to that.
The move has created other changes in the office. Ryan Bardi has been promoted to Group Sales Manager, Joe Pew is now Director of Ticket Operations and Mike Becker has taken the new title of Director of Box Office Operations.
Domino decided to challenge the staff with reorganization and added responsibilities rather than adding another staff member. "I am confident that Ashley as well as all of the other dedicated and talented people that work for the Reading Phillies organization will rise to this challenge," he said.
