Quick start evens Generals record at 4-4 in Summer League

The Lincoln Generals got off to a fast start, outscoring the Mankato Mallards 34-9 in the first quarter, en route to a big 123-79 win today in AAPBL summer league action.

The Generals scored 30 or more points in all but one quarter in the contest. Lincoln shot 52 percent from the field, and 63.6 percent from behind the arc. Will Porter and Nick Johnson led the team with 19 points apiece. Aderick Hills added another 18 points. Terris Sifford tallied 14 points and Marcus Wernke scored 12. Wernke and Al Lanier each nabbed eight rebounds to lead the Generals. Johnson and Kameron Gray led Lincoln with seven assists.
