
Quakes Continue Homestand this Tuesday

Rancho Cucamonga, CA- After an off-day on Monday, the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes start a six-game stretch at the Epicenter on Tuesday, August 11th to finish out their longest homestand of the season. On Tuesday, the California South Division leading High Desert Mavericks come to town for three games. The homestand concludes with a three-game set with the Lake Elsinore Storm beginning on Friday.
Tuesday's game against the Mavericks with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 PM, will be a "Recycle Tuesday" presented by the Green Institute for Village Empowerment (GIVE) and KOLA 99.9. Fans are encouraged to bring in ten recyclable cans or bottles with a valid CRV to the Quakes' ticket office and receive one club seat good for the game. Tuesday is also "Kraft Singles Tuesday." Bring in a Kraft Singles package wrapper with proof of purchase to the ticket office and receive a "Buy One, Get One Free" offer courtesy of Kraft Singles. Gates open at 6:05 PM. Also on Tuesday, the Quakes welcome "man's best friend" to the Epicenter for the final edition of "Bark in the Ballpark".
Pet passes are available for $3 and seating will be available for dogs in designated Club, Café, and Field Box sections on the first-base side of the ballpark. Tickets for people in those sections are priced at $8-$10. Proceeds from the pet passes will benefit the Rancho Cucamonga Animal Care & Adoption Center.
Wednesday night is "Weenie Wednesday" presented by KFRG 95.1 FM. Fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs all night long. First pitch against High Desert is scheduled for 7:05 PM, with gates opening at 6:05 PM.
On Thursday the ever popular "Thirsty Thursday" presented by Buffalo Wild Wings and X 103.9 will rock the Epicenter. Fans will be able to enjoy discounted beer prices through the conclusion of the fifth inning. Sixteen ounce domestic beers will be $2 and sixteen ounce premium beers will be $3. First pitch is set for 7:05 PM, with gates opening at 6:05 PM.
On Friday the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes take on the Storm with first pitch scheduled for 7:35 PM. Friday is "Angels Appreciation Day", with the "Future Angels" sporting an "Angels-style" Quakes jersey during the game. The on-field jerseys will be available for auction during the game. Gates open at 6:35 PM.
Saturday's game is at 7:05 PM and will feature a Post-Game Fireworks Show presented by Pyro Spectaculars by Souza. Gates will open at 6:05 PM. "Quakestock" comes to the Epicenter on Saturday as well. In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Woodstock, the Quakes will have pre-game and in-game activities celebrating this event. Fans are encouraged to dress in the spirit of 1969.
Sunday's game with Lake Elsinore is at 5:05 PM., with gates opening at 4:05 PM. Sunday is a "Kids Sunday" presented by Coco's and Carrows Restaurants, as well as Radio Disney 1290. After the game, all kids 12 and under can run the bases. Before the game, the Quakes will be celebrating their Route 66 location by holding a Classic Car Day.
