Port Huron Prowlers News Release

PORT HURON, MI | The Port Huron prowlers have agreed to terms with a top forward this week. This player will hands-down be key contributor to the 2015 -16 Prowlers lineup, but he could be the biggest signing for the Prowlers this summer.

The Prowlers have signed SPHL veteran Chris Leveille, who will bring veteran leadership along with on ice speed and talent. Leveille played four seasons in the SPHL all with the Fayetteville FireAntz. Leveille had 92 goals and 173 assists for 265 points in 222 games. He led the SPHL in scoring on one occasion, he was voted to the SPHL first team all stars twice and he also captained the FireAntz in his last season there. Leveille then moved on to the FHL dressing for Williamsport Outlaws and the Dayton Demonz in 2012-13. With a total of 49 FHL games he added up 67 points and a trip to the FHL finals.

Having played with and against Coach Karasiewicz over the years coach knows the player that he is pretty well. This is what coach had to say about signing his newest Prowler "He is the most explosive skater I played with in my career. His on ice leadership, talent with the puck and his drive to win, will be seen quickly. I expect Levs to mesh well with my group of leaders and produce great numbers this season".
