
Prowlers Bounce Back With Nice Win

Port Huron Prowlers News Release
The Port Huron Prowlers bounced back from a tough Friday night home loss and beat the Watertown Wolves 5-3 on Saturday night at McMorran Arena.
Alex Johnson and Matyas Kasek skated the Prowlers to a 2-0 lead after one period of play. Each player assisted on the others goal, while Matt Robertson earned a point on both.
Watertown pulled to 2-1 on an Anton Lennartsson strike early in the second period, but the Prowlers responded with two more goals before the frame ended. Robertson scored at 6:19 to make it 3-1, before Jonathon Juliano netted his first goal of the season at 18:14 to make it a three goal lead for the home team after 40 minutes.
Dalton Jay stretch the advantage to 5-1 Port Huron before the five minute mark of the third. Late goals from Chris Leveille and Anton Kalinin made the final a little closer at 5-3 for the Prowlers.
Port Huron will enjoy the Christmas break and then go right back to work on Wednesday night against Danville at McMorran. The game begins a stretch of five games in six nights for the Prowlers.
