Rock Hill, SC: The PrimeTime Players captured their fifth straight win on Thursday night, defeating the Queen City Express 116-106 at Clinton Junior College in Rock Hill, SC. The Express gave PrimeTime all they could handle with a furious fourth quarter rally but could never get over the hump and were eventually buried by an Antonio Houston three-pointer near the two-minute mark.

Houston finished with a season-high 34 points on 10-of-19 shooting, including 7-of-12 from behind the arc. Thomas Pfaff recorded a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds, while Brian Mobley tallied 25. C.J. Pigford had 15 points and nine rebounds and Terrell Smith and Victor Street had 11 each. Michael Bland led the way for the Express with 19 points and 13 rebounds, and every starter had at least 14 points. PrimeTime used their superior size and strength to get to the free-throw line 42 times compared to the Express' 18 attempts.

With the victory, PrimeTime takes the lead in the TRBL point standings. The Players will have a short turnaround as they play Saturday evening at 5pm at The Pointe against the Fayetteville Crossover.
