LAKELAND, Fla. â Corporate officers from Centurion Sports Management, LLC visited their franchise cities in Lakeland, Kissimmee and Daytona Beach last week to make official announcements and introduce themselves to the community.
"We were amazed by the turnout," said CSM President Tony Pewonski. "It was good for us to get out into these cities and see for ourselves what we have to work with."
CSM also took advantage of the press events to announce the hiring of two head coaches. Irvin Bryson, 2004 NIFL Coach of the Year, signed on to lead the team in Daytona Beach and Orlando area native and former 5th round NFL Draft pick Marquette Smith was named to the top spot in Kissimmee.
"These are two quality individuals and we're excited to be working with them," said Pewonski. "You build teams from the ground up and we feel we've got coaches in place that will give our teams a terrific foundation to build on."
