
Predators Seek To Rid Fans Of Seahawks Blues Friday Night

Kent, WA: The time has FINALLY come! The return of Indoor Football to the Seattle Region begins this weekend as the Kent Predators play their first home game in team history this Friday against the Fairbanks Grizzlies, at 7:30 p.m. at the ShoWare Center in Kent. The Predators players and staff have been working hard, and are excited to showcase the action packed, hard hitting and family friendly atmosphere of indoor football. Why wait until the fall, when you can get your football fix right now!
"We have so many exciting activities planned for this weekend," stated Co-Owner and Team President Chris Kokalis. "Starting with Thursday's season ticket holder's party, to the pre-game youth football clinic, and all the promotions during the live event, we are just ecstatic to get the ball rolling and provide a party like atmosphere to all of our fans."
Indoor football is a fast-paced, heart pumping game, and now Seattle has a team to call its own. It is a sporting event mixed with a party where fans get to keep any ball that comes into the stands, and have opportunities to participate in on-field contests and promotions. There will be plenty of giveaways and prizes as well and with Pacific North rivalries like the Tri Cities Fever, the Alaska Wild, Fairbanks Grizzlies, and Billings Outlaws, the action never gets boring.
Among the activities planned is a pre-game youth clinic for kids ages 6-14 who purchase a ticket for the game. The clinic will begin in the arena at 5:30 p.m. and parents are encouraged to watch. Doors to the ShoWare arena for all other fans will open at 6:30 p.m. Also scheduled during the pre-game festivities will be an introduction riding Harley Davidson's by your 2010 Lady Predators Dance team, announcing of local star's such as Kentwood's own Kevin Jones, and music guaranteed to pump up the crowd. An interactive zone provided by Games2U and Clowns Unlimited will be open throughout the game. At halftime, those in attendance will be treated to a performance by local recording artists the Dave Cassel Band. Then at the completion of the game, fans are encouraged to stick around for a Meet & Greet with Predators Players for pictures and autographs.
Tickets are still available, but are running out fast! They can be purchased for as low as $14.50 by logging on to the Predators website at www.kentpredators.com, or by calling the team office at 253-239-3254. Discounts are available for groups of ten or more by calling the team office. Tickets will also be available for purchase the day of the game at the ShoWare Center ticket window. Season Ticket Holders Party This Thursday
From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. this Thursday the Predators will be holding their first annual Season Ticket Holder's Pickup Party. Those who have purchased their season package are invited to come and grab their 2010 game tickets at Pat's Bar & Grill, located at 114 Railroad Avenue South in Kent. There will be plenty of giveaways, appetizers, and a chance to mingle and meet Predators players, coaches, and dance team members. If you have purchased your season passes and can not attend the event, call the team office at 253-239-3254 or pick them up at the ShoWare Center Box Office the day of the game.
