ABILENE, TX - Tonight's game between the Prairie Dogs and Roadrunners has been postponed. The game will be made up as part of a double header on Tuesday evening beginning at 6:05. The twin bill will feature a pair of seven inning contests.
Abilene lefty Brian Smith will take the ball for Abilene and the Roadrunners will counter with right-hander Ryan Smith. The Dogs (7-10) will aim to build their first win streak of the season while the Roadrunners (9-9) will try to climb over .500.
The Prairie Dogs' youth clinic - presented by KTAB - has also been pushed to Tuesday. Kids 12 and under can arrive at the ballpark early and gain instruction from the pros. The Prairie Dogs' players and coaches will be on the field from 4:00-4:45 to work with children on their baseball fundamentals.
Monday was scheduled to be Abilene's third home game of the season, each have been influenced by inclement weather.
