Port Huron Prowlers Set 2015-2016 Prospects Camp

Port Huron, MI - The Port Huron Prowlers are proud to announce their inaugural prospects camp to start the 2015 - 2016 season. The camp will be held at the McMorran Place Sports and Entertainment Center in Port Huron, MI on August 22 & 23. This camp will be the first chance for players to hit the ice and be seen by coaching staff.

The FHL has produced a long line up of alumni players from summer camps including Kyle Heffernan, Jamie Zaleski (2012 FHL Champions with New Jersey), Paul Weisser, A.J Tesoriero, Breton Lindoff, Peter Vetri (2012 Rookie of the Year), Ryan Patsch (2014 Rookie of Year) & David Lun.

Players are expected to report to the arena no later than 8:30 am EST on Aug. 22nd for check in. There will be a meeting with the coaching staff before taking the ice for the first session at 10:00.

Camp will consist of 6 hours on ice as a group with extended sessions for selected players. Players will be evaluated on their on-ice performance over the weekend. Players from the camp are eligible to receive a Player Try Out (PTO) Agreement for the Prowlers Main Camp in October. A minimum of 3 skaters and 1 goalie will be offered a PTO.

Cost of camp is $250.00*

*Cost does NOT include hotel stay or Players must be 18 years of age or older. Players will be required to provide all their own equipment, including visors and socks. Only jerseys are provided by the Prowlers. Players who arrive at training camp without all appropriate gear will not be eligible to skate and no refund will be issued.
