DENVER - The Colorado Mammoth will make its sixth consecutive appearance in the National Lacrosse League Champion's Cup Playoffs this season and tickets for the potential Round 1 game at Pepsi Center go on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m.
Tickets start at $5 and will be available at the Pepsi Center box office, online at Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 303.830.TIXS and at all Ticketmaster outlets.
The Mammoth (7-6) has clinched a playoff berth and need one win this weekend to secure home-field advantage for a West Division Semifinal game, which would likely be played at Pepsi Center on Saturday, May 3.
The Mammoth, which hosts the Edmonton Rush at Pepsi Center on Friday night at 7 p.m., is in second place in the West Division. The teams meet again on Saturday night in Edmonton. The top four teams in both the West and East divisions qualify for the single-elimination postseason, with the higher seeds hosting each game.
A special playoff ticket presale will be held immediately after Friday night's game only at the Pepsi Center box office.
The Mammoth has qualified for the NLL playoffs in each of its six seasons in Denver and is 3-2 in postseason games at Pepsi Center.
