
Playoff Fan Zone Announced

LETHBRIDGE, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey Club announced Tuesday that the team will hold a Playoff Fan Zone for home playoff games held at Nicholas Sheran Arena.
The Playoff Fan Zone will be held at Bully's located at the Lethbridge Exhibition Grounds. There will be no charge for entry or parking for the event and it will be family friendly.
The Fan Zone will include the Hurricanes game broadcast live on an 18 foot by 10 foot LED Screen. In addition, there will be a pre-game show, an MC with a live DJ, concession and bar, kids programming, a shooter-tutor with games and prizes as well as 50/50 for the United Way.
The Playoff Fan Zone will be held for Game 5 and Game 7 of the first round of the WHL Playoffs, should the 'Canes be required to play at Nicholas Sheran Arena.
The Hurricanes will begin the 2019 WHL Playoffs with Games 1 & 2 on Friday, March 22nd and Saturday, March 23rd at the ENMAX Centre. The 'Canes will hold home-ice advantage in the opening round of the post-season; their opponent has yet to be determined.
The Hurricanes will complete their 2018-2019 regular season schedule this Friday and Saturday when they travel to face the Red Deer Rebels and Medicine Hat Tigers. The 'Canes will be holding a Fan Bus for the regular season finale in Medicine Hat on Saturday. Tickets for the Fan Bus are available for $60 + tax and can be purchased by calling 403-328- 1986.
