
Playoff BBQ moved indoors

The Manitoba Moose will be hosting a free playoff barbeque party Thursday, April 18. The playoff BBQ bash was originally scheduled outside at the east side of the Winnipeg Arena parking lot but because of the chilly wintery weather, has been moved indoors to the concourse level of the Winnipeg Arena.
The organization encourages fans to come early to the Arena for the game three match of the best-of-five Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series and enjoy the barbeque bash between 5-7 p.m.
During the free playoff barbeque party, all fans will receive a free Schneiders Juicy Jumbo hot dog and Pepsi. Power 97 will be broadcasting live from the playoff BBQ and will be encouraging Moose fans to revel in the team's push towards the Calder Cup. There will also be a licensed beverages available to purchase from Molson, Moosehead and Norm's Moonshine Coolers.
There are already over 7,000 tickets sold for game three of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinal on Thursday. Eastern Conference Quarterfinal tickets are on sale and available at all Select-A-Seat outlets and at the Winnipeg Arena box office. Tickets can be ordered by phone by calling Select-A- Seat at (204) 780-SEAT (7328).
