Rancho Cucamonga Quakes News Release

With Tuesday's blow-out win over the High Desert Mavericks, the Quakes are now one game up in the South Division Standings with just six games remaining in the regular season and only two at The Epicenter.

Join us on Wednesday night at The Epicenter for our final Quakes' Alumni Magnet Giveaway, as the first 1,000 fans will be awarded a free Quakes' Player Magnet, honoring one of the great Quakes who's gone on to play for the Angels. Mike Napoli and Jered Weaver are two of the former Quakes' who've been featured on recent giveaway magnets. Come to The Epicenter tonight and find out who's on the final edition!

While a win tonight for the Quakes will help their cause against the High Desert Mavericks in the second half title chase, a Lancaster loss at home tonight would ensure the Quakes of at least a Wild Card berth in this year's playoffs. Should the Lancaster JetHawks lose tonight, Playoff Tickets would go on sale tomorrow morning at 10am at The Epicenter.

Orangel Arenas (7-3) takes on High Desert lefty Jon Hesketh (3-4) at 7:05pm tonight. Gates open at 6:05pm. We hope to see you at The Epicenter for one of our final two home games of the regular season. Thanks for your support...Go Quakes!
