Miami Majesty News Release

Sunrise, FL. Delvin Thomas led a parade of seven players in double figures with 19 as the Florida Pit Bulls defeated the host Charlotte Krunk 128-94. Jarron Jones added 17 and Tim Hardawy had 15 points, 8 assists and 6 steals. The game was the final contest in a two game series between the teams on the Krunk's home floor. Previously, Florida sharpshooter Marcus Barnes tallied 33 points despite sitting out most of the 4th quarter to lead the Pit Bulls to a hard fought 133-123 win. Former NBA legend Tim Hardaway contributed 27 points and 12 assists. Andre Smith had 18 off the bench.

The two wins closed out a great road rip for the team from South Florida. The two wins in Charlotte coupled with winning 2 of 3 in Atlanta gave the Pit Bulls 4 wins in 5 games and improved their record to 9-3 on the campaign.

Pit Bulls' owner and President Demetrius Ford was proud of the accomplishments for the week. "To take 4 out of 5 is always satisfying. It was difficult considering we traveled by bus to the Southeast but the guys came up big. We look forward to a one week rest as we gear up for Mississippi at home on the 23rd."
