
Philadelphia Soul Place Sean Scott On Injured Reserve

PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia Soul WR Sean Scott has been placed on the team's injured reserve list with a hamstring injury.
Scott (6'2, 200, Millersville) was forced to miss Philadelphia's last game against the Chicago Rush due to his hamstring injury. He has played six games for the Soul and has 34 receptions for 372 yards with seven touchdowns. Last season, he played in 16 games and received Ironman of the Game honors five times after running the ball 35 times for 115 yards with seven touchdowns. He also led the team with 87 receptions for 999 yards and 17 touchdowns.
Placing Scott on the IR prevents him from playing until Friday, June 1 when the Dallas Desperados come to town and face the Soul at the Wachovia Spectrum at 7:30 p.m.
With the new ruling passed during the off-season, once a player is placed on the injured reserve they are not permitted to play for a minimum of four weeks.
