Tampa Bay Storm News Release

TAMPA BAY - The five-time world champion Tampa Bay Storm re-signed fullback Clenton Crossley to the practice squad, Head Coach and General Manager Tim Marcum announced today.

Crossley, a 5-foot-10, 260-pound fullback, out of the University of South Florida made his Arena Football debut against the Columbus Destroyers. He was pressed in to action due to the absence of Torrance Marshall. Marshall was in Miami for the funeral of his father.

Crossley carried the ball six times for three yards in the 34-32 victory over the Columbus Destroyers. With Marshall's return, Crossley returns to the practice squad. The former USF Bull standout provides welcome depth to the fullback position.

The 2007 Storm season, presented by Champs Sports, Where Sports Lives, returns to the St. Pete Times Forum Friday, May 18 at 7:30 p.m. as the Tampa Bay Storm take on the Arizona Rattlers. For Storm ticket information call 813.301.6780 or visit www.tampabaystorm.com.
