
Phantoms to open East Division Finals on Wednesday

(PHILADELPHIA, May 1, 2004) - Coming off a four games to two victory over the Norfolk Admirals in the East Division Semifinals, the Philadelphia Phantoms are now set to take on the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in the East Division Finals.
The Phantoms, who won the East Division regular-season title, will host Games One and Two of the best-of-seven series on Wednesday, May 5 and Friday, May 7. Both games will start at 7:05 p.m. at the Wachovia Center.
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, which upset the Bridgeport Sound Tigers in their division semifinal series, will host Games Three and Four on Saturday, May 8 and Monday, May 10. Both games begin at 7:05 p.m. at the Wachovia Arena.
If necessary, Game Five will be played in Philadelphia on an unannounced date and Game Six is scheduled for Friday, May 14 in Wilkes-Barre. Game Seven, in Philadelphia, is also to be determined.

The Phantoms and Penguins split their 10 regular-season games in 2003-04. The teams will be meeting in the playoffs for the second time, as Wilkes-Barre defeated the Phantoms in six games during the 2001 Western Conference Semifinals.
Prices for individual Phantoms playoff games are $15, $19 and $20 for adults, and $9 for all children 14 and under. Individual game playoff tickets are available at the Wachovia Center box office and all Ticketmaster locations throughout the Delaware Valley.
