
Phantoms Announce Six Promotional Home Dates

Glens Falls, NY (July 14, 2010) - The Adirondack Phantoms have officially announced six confirmed dates for the 2010-11 American Hockey league season, along with a group of exciting promotions.
The six confirmed Phantoms home dates are as follows:
Saturday, October 30 - Phantoms Halloween Party/School Night/Phantoms silly bands giveaway
Friday, November 12 - Faith & Family Night
Saturday, November 13 - Youth Hockey Night/Phantoms Mini-stick giveaway
Saturday, December 11 - Boy Scout Sleepover
Saturday, December 18 - Holiday Party Night/T-Shirt giveaway presented Papa John's
Friday December 31 - New Year's Eve Celebration
On Saturday, October 30th, the first 1000 kids (14 & under) will receive a special pack of Phantoms silly bands, featuring the Phantoms logo and other cool hockey shapes. The Phantoms Halloween Party Night is also the first school group night of the season.
The Phantoms Faith & Family Night welcomes the youth faith organization, Word of Life, to the Glens Falls Civic Center on Friday, November 12. All family and faith-based groups are encouraged to attend.
Saturday, November 13 will be the first Youth Hockey Night of the 2010-11 season and will feature a Phantoms mini-stick giveaway to the first 1000 kids (14 & under).
December 11th will be Boy Scout Saturday featuring an overnight sleepover at the Glens Falls Civic Center for all boy scouts in attendance.
On Holiday Party Night, the Phantoms will give away 2500 T-Shirts courtesy of Papa John's Pizza on Saturday, December 18th. This Saturday date will be the perfect opportunity for companies and groups to celebrate the season with friends, co-workers and clients.
The Phantoms will celebrate the New Year with a 3:00 game on New Year's Eve Friday December 31st.
Group ticket packages are now available for all six dates. All school, youth hockey, scout groups and corporate event planners are encouraged to contact the Phantoms today to secure the best seats for these confirmed dates.
Fans can lock in the same great seat location with a Phantoms ticket package starting as low as $8.50 per game. The Phantoms Flex Plans allow fans to save money off the box office price by purchasing undated Flex vouchers in increments of 10, 40 or 80. Fans can use the Flex vouchers in any combination to any game this season for as low as $11.25 per game.
The 2010-11 regular season will begin on Oct. 8. The complete schedule will be announced later this summer.
In operation since 1936, the AHL continues to serve as the top development league for all 30 National Hockey League teams. More than 85 percent of today's NHL players are American Hockey League graduates, and for the ninth year in a row, more than 6 million fans attended AHL games across North America in 2009-10.
Adirondack Phantoms ticket packages are on sale now and great seats are still available. The Phantoms offer a variety of ticket packages - including 12 and 22 select plans, full season plans and flex books - and are available now in person at the Phantoms office inside the Glens Falls Civic Center or by calling 518-480-3355.
