Peterborough Petes News Release
(Peterborough, ON) - After a milestone game for Nick Robertson on Sunday, the Maple Leafs prospect and the Petes will look to carry momentum into a pair of home games at the PMC this week when they host the Hamilton Bulldogs and Mississauga Steelheads.
The seventh place Hamilton Bulldogs make their fourth and final regular season visit to Peterborough on Thursday, March 5 at 7:05.
Game sponsor Canada Life will give a lucky fan the chance to win a Petes Store gift card in the first intermission.
The Kawartha World Issues Centre will host a second intermission chuck-a-puck, with prizes up for grabs including a variety of gift cards to local establishments.
The Mississauga Steelheads, who the Petes would face in the first round if playoffs were to start now, will stop at the PMC on Saturday, March 7 at 7:05pm.
At Saturday's game, which is sponsored by First Choice Haircutters, the first 1,000 fans through the doors will receive a player signed poster courtesy of the official hair salon of the Peterborough Petes.
The Peterborough Dragon Boat Festival will host a second intermission chuck-a-puck with lots of great prizes available to be won including a variety of gift cards, tickets, apparel, and more.
'LFR' host and Sportsnet personality Steve 'Dangle' Glynn, who famously called Nick Robertson a defenceman, will be selling and signing copies of his new book, This Team Is Ruining My Life (but I Love Them): How I Became a Professional Hockey Fan, in the north lobby from 6:00pm until the end of the first intermission.
