(North Little Rock, AR) - Arkansas Twisters receiver Jamaal Perry is the Arkansas Federal Credit Union Twisters Player of the Week after making an impact in his first game with the Twisters.
The af2 veteran caught a game high 12 passes for 143 yards and four total touchdowns. He hauled in two scores receiving and two rushing. He also added 62 return yards and finished the game with 215 all-purpose yards in the loss to Tulsa.
Arkansas managed just 55 total return yards in its season opener the week before against Oklahoma City, but Perry was able to average 12.9 yards per return and help Arkansas score an early season high for points in a game with 60.
The Twisters are on the road this week against Corpus Christi on Saturday, April 19 at 7:05pm.
