Pelicans Manager Mac Seibert Announces Camps

It has been less than a month since Mac Seibert was named the Pelicans new field manager and he has already scheduled three camps for the northwest Florida area.

The camps will be held in north Pensacola, Tiger Point (Gulf Breeze) and Spanish Fort, AL. Workouts begin on January 16 and consist of two workouts per week for three weeks. The cost of the camp is only $100 with a few a spots still available.

Players in the 3rd thru 6th grades are eligible to participate. The purpose of the camp is to prepare the young athletes for their upcoming season.

Instructing along with Seibert are eight former and current professional players, professional baseball scouts, and coaches.

Talmadge "T" Nunnari - Current general manager of the Pensacola Pelicans, former
MLB player with Montreal Expos.
Pete Della Ratta - Former minor league pitcher with Oakland A's, New York Mets, and Florida Marlins.
Ken "Squeaky" Parker - Current major league scout with Cincinnati Reds.
Jim Spooner - Currently working with the Baseball Factory, former University of West Florida head coach.
Mike Valerazo - Currently an area scouting supervisor with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Adam Faurot - CEO of Titus Sports Academy specializing in speed/strength training.
Mike Bumstead - Currently a minor league pitcher with the Texas Rangers.
David Jennings - Currently an area scouting supervisor with the Baltimore Orioles.
