Pat Damp & Rebecca Lewis Join Nailers Front Office

WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, are pleased to announce the addition of two new members to their front office staff. Pat Damp and Rebecca Lewis have both joined the organization as Account Executives, after previously working with the team as interns.
Damp, 24, interned with the Nailers during the 2014-15 season, handling social media on game days, while creating fun and exciting content for fans to enjoy. The internship helped Pat complete his college career, as he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. While attending school, the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native also played for the hockey team, serving as an assistant captain during both his junior and senior seasons.
Lewis, 24, interned with the Nailers during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons, assisting in multiple different areas of the organization, including fan relations, creative design, and ticket sales. Rebecca is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Education, while majoring in Sport Management, and minoring in Marketing. While attending school, the St. Clairsville, Ohio native also worked in BGSU's ticket office, selling tickets and working the various sporting events and concerts held on campus.
Damp and Lewis will work under the leadership of Director of Ticket Sales Christina Monterosso, while working alongside fellow Account Executive Chris Hudgins, who was promoted from Ticket Intern to Account Executive in January. Craig Bommer continues to oversee the front office as its Vice President, with DJ Abisalih as the Radio Broadcaster, Michael Leopardo as the Video Specialist, and Linda Timberlake as the Team Accountant.
The Wheeling Nailers will start the 2015-16 season with a two-game road series against the Norfolk Admirals on October 16th and 17th, before playing their home opener on October 24th against the Brampton Beast at 7:35.
