Tinton Falls, N.J. - Sky Blue FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) made official today that it will be continuing its partnership with The Atlantic Club and Parisi Speed School in Manasquan, N.J., for a third consecutive season. As part of the relationship, The Atlantic Club and Parisi Speed School will once again host Sky Blue preseason camp and serve as an official training and player development facility for the New Jersey club.
"We are very happy to continue our partnership with The Atlantic Club and Parisi Speed School," said Tony Novo, Sky Blue FC President & General Manager. "Their state-of-the-art facilities serve as the perfect platform for our professional club. We would like to thank Dan Manson and their entire staff for their continued support of Sky Blue FC, and we look forward to expanding our partnership with them even further in 2016."
Manson, who is the Business Development Director of the Parisi Speed School at The Atlantic Club, shared the same enthusiasm in continuing the longstanding relationship with Sky Blue FC.
"We are very excited to be working with and supporting the highest level of women's soccer in the United States. At the Parisi Speed School at The Atlantic Club, we are focused on providing the best sports performance training program possible to athletes of all levels," he stated. "Our relationship with Sky Blue FC has grown and developed over the years. We will do everything we can to support the success of New Jersey's professional female athletes, as an extension of our own athletes at the Parisi Speed School."
The Parisi Speed School at The Atlantic Club is recognized is the area's premiere athletic performance enhancement organization for youth athletics. Plans are currently in the works to offer youth clinics and special events again this season at The Atlantic Club with members of the Sky Blue FC staff and players.
"We are very excited to have this working relationship with the Sky Blue FC women's professional soccer team at our new Turf Training Center and Parisi Sports Performance Center," said Kevin McHugh, COO of the Atlantic Club. "We are happy to help play an important role in supporting the growth of women's soccer in the United States."
Patricia Laus, who is the CEO and owner of the Atlantic Club, agreed with the thoughts of McHugh.
"I am excited to now be providing our community's athletes, youth and adults a center of excellence in sports performance training," she confirmed.
Sky Blue FC preseason camp officially kicked off on Monday morning at The Atlantic Club, and its Turf Training Center and Parisi Speed School will serve as important facets for player development throughout the 2016 NWSL season.
