
Parrotte Named Executive Director of the Silver Knight Foundation

The Syracuse Silver Knight Foundation, the charitable arm associated with the Syracuse Silver Knights indoor soccer team, has named Jeff Parrotte as Executive Director.
Parrotte brings an extensive media background to the Foundation, having worked as a producer at Time Warner Cable News and as Communications Director for The Avant-Guide Institute. Parrotte has a Master's Degree in Media Studies from the Newhouse School and a Bachelor's Degree from Le Moyne College, where he majored in History and Communications.
Pete Ramin, President of the Silver Knight Foundation Board noted, "Jeff bring an extensive amount of knowledge and passion for the game of soccer, which makes him an ideal fit. Jeff's ability to connect with the community on a variety of levels will allow us to grow the Foundation to a point where every child will have the opportunity to experience the World's Game."
"I'm thrilled to be involved and take a day-to-day leadership role with the Silver Knight Foundation," says Parrotte. "There are so many young people that will benefit from the stability, conditioning, and community-building provided by the Silver Knight Foundation, it's board members and of course the Silver Knight players .I look forward to engaging and improving the lives of countless young people in the CNY community."
