
Parenteau To Return To Riders

The Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club announced today they have signed non-import offensive lineman Marc Parenteau to a new contract. Financial details of the signing were not released.
Parenteau is heading into his fourth season with the Riders and sixth in the CFL. The Boston College grad has played a total of 62 regular season CFL games including starting in all 18 at right guard for the Green and White in 2009.
The 29-year old originally signed with the Riders as a free agent in the 2007 off-season after spending the previous season with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He was drafted by Ottawa in the fifth round (36th overall) in the 2003 CFL College Draft.
