Outlaws Open Tryout Set For May 8th

( Chico, CA. April 2, 2010) The Chico Outlaws, members of the independent professional Golden Baseball League, will hold an open try-out camp for the upcoming 2010 season on Saturday, May 8th at Butte College prior to the start of the Outlaw's spring training camp.
The try-out camp will be run by Outlaws manager Garry Templeton and his field staff from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Butte College Baseball Field at 3536 Butte Campus Drive in Oroville, CA.
Participants can pre-register for the camp for $25.00 or register on-site at the camp for $40.00.
Pre-registration for the try-out camp runs through May 7th and can be done by calling the Outlaws main office in Chico at (530) 345-3210.
The Outlaws open up their 6th Golden Baseball League season on the road on May 21st against the Cimarrrones de Tijuana. The home opener will be held on Thursday, May 27th against the Cimmarrones de Tijuana at 7:05pm at Nettleton Stadium.
