Windsor, ON - Ben Johnson's second goal of the game capped a comeback for the Windsor Spitfires, who defeated the Erie Otters in overtime, 6-5, Saturday night.

Johnson scored 29 seconds into the extra frame as Ramis Sadikov was unable to squeeze the puck between the pads, as it trickled through the five hole for the deciding goal.

Chris Marchese put the Otters on the board six minutes, eight seconds into the game as he whacked in his own rebound in front for his sixth goal of the season.

Derek Holden then picked up his first goal since October 7 as he fired a shot through a screen set up by Mac McDonnell into the top corner of the net 36 seconds after the Marchese tally.

Stephen Harper continued his recent hot streak as he fired a shot through the blocker side of Jaroslav Pavelka for his team-leading 12th goal of the season nine minutes and 11 seconds into the second period.

The power play then got to work for the Otters and Holden blasted a shot through traffic for his second goal of the game 89 seconds after Harper scored, which ended Pavelka's night.

Brandon Devlin and Nick Ebert scored 23 seconds apart late in the second to pull the Spitfires within two goals going into the third.

Mac McDonnell scored two minutes and 10 seconds into the third to give the Otters some breathing room. But the Spitfires were able to come back with three goals in the final nine-plus minutes to force overtime as they took advantage of a depleted Erie team playing with 15 skaters.

Johnson's game-winner prevented the Otters from earning the second point that was within reach with 32 seconds remaining in regulation.

Along with Holden's two goals, Mitchell Eisenberg collected a pair of assists while Marchese and McDonnell each had a goal and an assist.

The Otters continue on the road Sunday afternoon to take on the Saginaw Spirit at 4:00 p.m. Fans can listen to the broadcast on Fox Sports Radio AM 1330 The Fan or online at ottershockey.com.
