Ottawa SkyHawks Announce Venue Change for Monday Games

The Ottawa SkyHawks are going on the road ... at home ... and bringing their high flyin' slam dunk action to Cegep de l'Outaouais, a local college.
As part of their community outreach initiative the Ottawa SkyHawks will play at the biggest public college in the Outaouais region of Quebec, (333 Boulevard de la Cite Jeunes, Gatineau, QC J8Y 6M4) just minutes away from downtown Ottawa.
Owner, Gus Takkale commented "At the half-season mark, we went back to our fans to ask for their feedback. We received several constructive points that we have taken into consideration. One of the key points was to bring the SkyHawks experience to a central location for fans that have limited access to transportation. Another consistent theme our fans have asked for, is to bring our professional athletes to universities / schools where they can lead by example and inspire the youth in our community. We've been listening and now we're taking action. The SkyHawks would like to thank Cegep and their Athletic department for hosting us and look forward to some amazing up close and personal basketball"
The two Monday games of their regular season schedule will be moved to Cegep de l'Outaouais, game time will remain at 7:30pm
- Monday January 27th @ 7:30 pm vs London Lightning
- Monday February 24th @ 7:30 pm vs Windsor Express
Tickets will be a flat rate of $10 at the door, on a first come first serve basis.
SkyHawks Season Ticket Holders will receive an email with more details about VIP reserved seating at the venue for both games and as a special thank you for their support, they will receive an additional pair of complimentary tickets for 2 games of their choice including playoffs.
