September 21, 2011 - Arena Football League (AFL)
Spokane Shock News Release
Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today that OL Ben Ossai has been added to the 2012 roster. Ossai is the second player to return from the 2011 roster, joining DB Marquise Charles.
Ossai, 6-6 320, started in all 12 games he played in for Spokane before he left to join the UFL's Las Vegas Locomotives. Prior to joining Spokane's roster, Ossai was in camp with the NFL's St. Louis Rams in 2010.
"He was one of the most dominant offensive linemen in the entire league last year," Head Coach Andy Olson explained. "He's big, he is extremely strong and he has quick feet, but most importantly he works really hard. He's one of those guys who is always prepared before a game both mentally and physically."
