Guelph Storm News Release

(GUELPH) The Guelph Storm announced today that they have released defenceman Tyler Osborne. Clearing waivers, the 18 year old Florissant Missouri native was sent home on Tuesday.

Osborne was drafted by the Storm 191st overall in the 10th round of the 2007 OHL Priority Selection. Injuring himself in an ATV accident that summer, Osborne did not attend training camp the following September.

In 2008, Tyler played 38 games in a Storm uniform racking up 11 penalty minutes and failing to produce a point. He did not dress in the 2009-10 season.
