
Orlando City Forward Bryan Róchez Called up to Represent Honduras

ORLANDO - May 7, 2015 - Orlando City SC striker Bryan Róchez has been called up to the Honduras U-20 Men's National Team for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in New Zealand, beginning on May 30, 2015.
One of the youngest Designated Players in the history of Major League Soccer (MLS), Róchez has made 1-0 appearances for the Honduran U-20 team, registering seven goals. The striker has also represented his native country at the U-17, U-21, U-23 and senior team levels. Most recently, the youngster played a key role in the U-20 World Cup Qualifiers, scoring four goals in five games.
Róchez has made five appearances for the Lions during their inaugural MLS season, scoring once for City in an international friendly against Brazilian Serie A side Ponte Preta. The Honduras U-20 Men's National Team will travel to Uruguay on May 7 where they will play several friendlies in preparation for the World Cup.
Honduras is placed in Group F in the group stage of the tournament, where they will face Uzbekistan on June 1, Fiji on June 4 and Germany on June 7.
