Orlando City B Falls 3-1 to FC Tucson

TUCSON, Az. - Orlando City B (3-16-4, 13 points) fell on the road to FC Tucson (7-7-7, 28 points) by a score of 3-1 on Saturday night at Kino Sports Complex.

FC Tucson was able to open the scoring in the 36th minute with midfielder Guillermo Delgado scoring from the center of the box following a swift counter attack. Forward Jordan Jones was then able to score, what eventually became the game winner, for the hosts right before the halftime break in the 43rd minute.

Jones then became the provider as he assisted in Tucson's third goal scored by Erik Virgen in the 69th minute.

Orlando City B was able to get on the scoreboard in the 76th minute with defender Leo Simas scoring his first goal of the season from a Luc Granitur pass. The goal also served as the first professional assist of the 16-year-old forward's career.

OCB's newest signing Lucas Ontivero made his debut for the Club, playing the opening 86 minutes before being substituted off.

Next Match: Orlando City B returns to Montverde Academy for its last home game of the season as the team faces North Texas SC on Friday, September 6th. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.
