Maywood Buzz News Release
Orange County, CA - Orange County Buzz Head Coach/General Manager Burrel Lee III announced today that he will be adding three players to his roster. The OC Buzz added PG Dominic Ellison (6'2 New Mexico State), SF Andre Larry (6'9 Cal State Northridge) and PF Matt Houser (6'9 Chico State). All three players will be in uniform and play key minutes Sunday when the Buzz travel up the 405fwy to play the Long Beach Jam. "Adding these players will be key to us in the play-offs. Having players like Jamie Booker, Jimmie Rainwater, Cedric Ceballos, Jon Cripin and Jermine Slider, it was important to find a PG that can come in and play and Dominic Ellison is that player. Andre Larry and Matt Houser gives us more size up front and Andre can also play any where on the court from 1-5 if needed," Lee says.
"I had all three players in camp when i was with the Los Angeles Stars and Matt played most of the season with me, so I know that each one can come in and help and share the work load as we gear up for the home stretch run of the season," Lee added.
