Both team are coming off blow-out victories in Week 3. Omaha tied a UIF record by scoring 75 points in their victory over Evansville. Omaha's defense caused 6 turnovers and returned 2 of them for touchdowns. Linebacker Chris Eads has been named back-to-back UIF Defensive Player of the Week for his performances in Week 2 & 3 and is 2nd in the UIF in tackles with 21. Defensive back Clint Brown leads the UIF in interceptions with 4. Lexington scored the 2nd most points in Week 3 by scoring 66 in their victory over Peoria. This will be Lexington's first test as they have beaten two winless teams thus far. Quarterback Eddie Eviston is leading the UIF in completion percentage with 77% and has not thrown an interception in 43 pass attempts.
