OL George Bussey Earns All-Arena Honors

TAMPA BAY - The Arena Football League announced today the 2012 Arena Football League All-Arena Offensive Teams. Tampa Bay Storm offensive lineman George Bussey earned second team All-Arena honors.

"George is a great player that played at a high level for us all season," said Tampa Bay Storm head coach Dave Ewart. "He is a guy that excelled on and off of the field and exemplified the type of player we are looking for in this organization."

George demonstrated his ability to pass protect, but what most people don't get to see if his ability to run block as well. He is a guy that deserves an opportunity to play at a higher level."

Bussey (6-foot-4, 320 lbs., Louisville) finished his second season with the Storm in 2012. Prior to joining the Storm he spent two seasons with the New England Patriots (2009-10) and after the conclusion of the 2011 AFL season he spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Over the course of the past two seasons, he allowed only one sack and had a streak of 596 snaps without allowing a sack.

The following players were selected to the 2012 Arena Football League All-Arena Offensive Teams.
