This game marks the third meeting between the teams this season with each team winning one of the previous match-ups. This is Fort Wayne's first home game since May 20, when they lost a heartbreaker to Evansville 33-31. Five of the Feedom's losses this season have come by five points or less. The losses can be related to the poor Red Zone offense of the Freedom, who only covert touchdowns 64.4% of the time they are inside the 10, which ranks ninth in the UIF. Ohio Valley's four game winning streak was snapped last week by Lexington. The Greyhounds are still in the driver's seat for the top wild-card spot in the playoffs. Ohio Valley currently sits at 6-6, which is tied for fourth best in the league. Greyhounds quarterback Matt Kohn is on pace to set the UIF record for most passing yards in a season. Kohn currently ranks number on one in the league with 2126 yards passing. The current record is held by Dusty Bonner with 2547 yards.
