
Ogunbowale Named WNBA Rookie of the Month

Wings Rookie Arike Ogunbowale was named Rookie of the Month by the WNBA, the league announced this afternoon.
Ogunbowale averaged 13.3 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.9 assists through the nine games played in June. She posted four double-digit scoring outings this month, including a career-high 25 points against the Connecticut Sun after scoring 23 points at the Las Vegas Aces. She's the first Wings rookie to post back-to-back 20 point games since 2014.
