SURPRISE, AZ - Three errors couldn't do in the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, who beat the Frisco RoughRiders 6-3 in the final spring training game for both teams. Frisco is the Double-A Texas League affiliate of the Texas Rangers.

Center fielder Ovandy Suero had two more hits and a stolen base to cap off a solid spring. His first inning leadoff single put the Naturals on the board. Kiel Thibault also had two hits along with an RBI. Brian McFall's two-run homer in the sixth provided the Naturals with the insurance needed to withstand a late two-run push by Frisco in the ninth. The Naturals finished the game with 10 hits.

Carlos Rosa allowed four hits and fanned eight RoughRiders in five innings before Matt Kniginysky finished and allowed two unearned runs but earned the save. Combined, they stranded 15 Frisco baserunners on the day.

The Naturals finished spring with a record of 7-5-1. Following today's finale, the Naturals broke camp for Northwest Arkansas. They will take the field for their first workout in Springdale Monday evening at 6 P.M. The event is open to the public. The Naturals' first regular-season game is next Thursday night in San Antonio.
