The 6-1, 205-pound former Major Leaguer was signed by the Kansas City T-Bones on March 1st , 2010 after playing last year with both the Houston and Tampa Bay organizations. A 10-year veteran, he made his Major League debut with the Pittsburgh Pirates on May 8th , 2005.

The 29-year-old, right-handed hitter was originally drafted by Chicago Cubs in the 30th round of the 1999 amateur draft out of Hill College (Hillsboro, TX). He was later traded to the Pirates in 2005 in exchange for Randall Simon, and also spent time in the Astros and Rays farm systems. In his career, he has over 150 home runs and 140 stolen bases. Sadler is a native of Clifton, TX.

Anderson, who raised his record to 5-4 on the season, went 2-0 with a 2.25 ERA during the week for the JackHammers. In two starts, he hurled 15 innings yielding only three earned runs on 13 hits while striking out four. In his other outing of the week five days later, he yielded only one earned run over five innings to the Kansas City T-Bones, the league's top hitting offense.

Playing in his seventh season of professional baseball and second in the Northern League, he has already reached career highs in innings pitched. He has started more games in 2010 (17), then he had in the previous six seasons combined (15).

Anderson, a 6-5, 245-pounder, was drafted out of high school by the Atlanta Braves in the 28th round of the 2002 Amateur Entry Draft. He primarily served as a reliever during his four years in the Braves farm system starting only eight games of his 69 appearances. In that time, he posted a 7-5 career record with five saves and a 2.56 ERA. The 25-year-old right-hander also played for current 'Hammers Manager Chad Parker with the Macon Music of the independent South Coast League in 2007. Anderson was re-signed by Joliet on February 2nd , 2010.
