"After working through a rocky first period, we came together perfectly," said head-coach Dominic Scicluna "we will have to continue to work harder and smarter to stay on top this season".
"Louisville started with a high degree of energy, but we matched that after the first ten minutes and controlled the rest of the game," added head-coach Costea Decu.
Nelson Diaz, Ryan Mack, Ricardo Lopes, and Dominic Scicluna led Detroit WAZA FLO's (2-0) scoring drive each with one goal. In addition, Miki Djerislio and Aaron Byrd scored twice and Costea Decu added a point of his own.
