DURHAM, N.C. â The Northern League East All-Star team was named by manager George Tsamis on Monday for the game versus the Northern League Central Division on Aug. 6 at 7:30 p.m. ET in Le Stade Municipal in Quebec City, Quebec.
One manager vote and one media vote were cast in each East Division city for the nine starting position players.
Tsamis, who is managing his second straight All-Star team after leading the New Jersey Jackals to the 2001 Northern League Championship, was responsible for picking two substitutes and the pitching staff.
Each team is required to have at least one selection.
